Research commissioned to better understand the business community of Westminster and key stakeholders allowed us to segment our audience as cynics, controllers, magpies, needers and planners. Well at Work delivers FREE occupational health and business advice to SMEs who can’t afford big HR companies. We re-branded the service, re-positioned it as the owner’s right and recruited over 250 businesses in 5 months by using street teams with a personal touch and endorsements for the local business community.
